“I came to Colton after my first competition season where I knew I did not get close to my potential in the sport and needed better guidance. Colton wiped my slate clean and got to work on teaching me first and foremost how to train with the proper intensity and to how to obtain the correct stimulus. Colton has never left me feeling like a number or just another person who pays his bills. His attention to detail is rare in the field of coaching these days. I have learned with Colton that more “work” is not necessarily a good thing. I’m very fortunate to have a coach who not only wants me to succeed in the sport I love, but also wants me to do it in a sustainable, healthy manner.”

“I have been working with Colton for two years and I’ve seen amazing progress as a bikini competitor. I feel like I continue to grow as an athlete because of the kind of coach he is. He is always willing to answer questions, to teach you and is detailed with his programing whether you’re in off season or prep for a show. He is extremely attentive during peak week to make sure show day goes smoothly along with providing a proper reverse plan. He is very passionate about his work and is an inspiring person to work with. I can’t recommend him enough if you are serious about becoming a competitive athlete.”
