Renee Jewett is an IFBB Wellness Pro, coach, and lifestyle transformation specialist who helps women build strong, sustainable physiques without sacrificing their lifestyle. Her journey began from a place many can relate to — struggling with being overweight throughout childhood and her teenage years. It wasn’t until adulthood that Renee discovered fitness as a way to take back control of her health, confidence, and self-image.

What started as a personal mission to change her body led her into the world of competitive bodybuilding. Renee rose through the ranks to become a Wellness Olympian — reaching the pinnacle of the sport. Through years of following strict meal plans and training protocols, she mastered discipline and structure, but also came face-to-face with the downsides of extreme rigidity.

After retiring from competition, Renee realized that real, lasting change required a more flexible and balanced approach — one that supports both physical goals and overall well-being.

Now, Renee coaches women who want to look and feel their best without the all-or-nothing mindset. Whether it’s fat loss, muscle development, or simply building confidence through training and nutrition, she helps each client create a plan that fits their life — not the other way around. Having lived through every phase — from overweight, to elite competitor, to thriving lifestyle athlete — Renee brings empathy, experience, and empowerment to every woman she coaches.
